When The Eternity Rose first got in touch with me, I couldn’t quite wrap my head around the concept. Roses that last forever? What is this, some kind of fairytale?!

The Eternity Rose takes real roses and preserves them for all time, by dipping them in the finest 24k gold, silver or platinum. They also transform rose petals into gorgeous jewellery pieces that come in a gift pouch.

The Eternity Rose gifted me the handcrafted Blue Matching pendant and Earring set in 24 karat gold. I love them so much, I’m wearing them on Christmas day. And probably most days after that! This set is smart enough for formal wear, but would make a stunning statement piece to dress up a casual outfit. Plus, blue is my favourite colour in the world.

I’m amazed that these are real roses, made from natural miniature blue roses. Look closely and you can see all the original detail on the rose petals. Each item features 30 faux diamond studs for added bling.

I don’t wear gold jewellery that often, mainly because when I was little I used to get ear infections if my studs were anything but 24k gold (princess tings, innit). It takes weeks to complete the process, with thin layers being added one at a time… After three months, the result is an incredibly impressive gift that will stand the test of time.’
