Privacy Promise from Uju, Babe-in-Chief
As the sole owner of Babes about Town, I care about your privacy and maintaining a real, respectful and trustworthy relationship with my readers. Hand on heart, I will never rent, sell, lease or pass on your personal information to a third party. Not without your prior written consent.
The small amount of data that I might have on file for you (e.g. name, email) is because you’ve voluntarily signed up to receive my newsletter (if you haven’t, why not? It’s dope! SIGN UP HERE), because we’ve collaborated on a project, perhaps you’ve left a comment or an enquiry, or you’ve entered one of my fabulous prize draws.
I want to assure you again that your personal info is held privately and securely by me alone, and I’ll never share it with anybody else (unless I have your express permission). I use MailerLite to manage my newsletter and you can read their privacy policy HERE. I also use Google Analytics to track how visitors use my site (all anonymous), and you can check out Google’s privacy statement HERE.
Pretty much every website you visit these days automatically dishes out cookies. Not quite as tasty as that sounds, cookies are just small text files to track site usage (anonymously again). Here’s a helpful guide from the BBC about cookies. As a user, you can disable cookies, although it might limit the way you use a website.
If you have any queries at all about your data, drop me an email at info@babesabouttown.com. Now back to the good stuff.
