Sitting Pretty with Furniture from The Range

January 28, 2013 //  by Uju//  Leave a Comment

We take our bodies for granted until something packs in.

While trying to recover from shoulder tendonitis (a repetitive strain injury), I’ve been paying particular attention to how bad my work set up is.

Blogging on the sofa, writing scripts at the kitchen table, my upper body locked into awkward postures as I hammer away at the keyboard until the early hours.

Big fail.

I’ve recently been looking online for new office furniture in my quest to help my poorly shoulder and was instantly drawn to the Range and their home office collection.

They’ve got a huge selection of office desks and ergonomic chairs and I’m really impressed by the prices — turns out I don’t have to save up months just to get a back-friendly chair!

I can already picture myself in their Bilbao charcoal swivel chair with adjustable arms that would allow me to type with my elbows at the correct height to avoid carpal tunnel issues.

And the Fusion Beech complete desk and chair set with filing space is a bargain at under £50!

Of course The Range stocks more than just office furniture and you’ll find everything from comfy living room sofas that all the family can pile on together, to kids’ bedroom furniture like this amazing Formula 1 bed.

If only it would drive the boys to an earlier bedtime!

Check out The Range web site at www.therange.co.uk for more home and leisure, gardening, DIY, pets and kids’ products.
