Summer Festival: Lick your LolliBop!

April 2, 2011 //  by Uju//  2 Comments

Summer’s on the horizon and you can almost smell the festival spirit (among other aromas) in the air.

Here at Babes HQ, our hands are sore with all the high fives we’ve dished out since being selected as an Official LolliBop Family for 2011!

We were lucky enough to go to LolliBop in Clissold Park last year. It was a blast but the line-up for August looks simply out of this world.

The UK’s biggest festival for families with kids aged 10 and under is relocating to Regent’s Park and has cranked up its programme to include a veritable who’s who of children’s entertainment.

Highlights include: Baby Loves Disco Ibiza style beach disco in the Minimission tent with guest DJs like Dick & Dom, crafting with Little Angel Theatre and Roald Dahl museum, live acts from Charlie & Lola, ZingZillas, Horrible Histories and more, High School Musical and cheerleading workshops, soft play with Gymboree, Yoga Bugs and Baby Sensory, experiments by the Science Museum, and an entire zone dedicated to bubbles!

Can I get an ooh lolly lolly lolly!

Plus there will be loads of great food, fun and games with everything from go karting to trapeze and an Enchanted Forest filled with giant lobster, fire-breathing horse, fairies and more.

LolliBop ticket prices might make you choke on your hot cross buns, but bear in mind that once you’re in, all the activities are free. Cheaper Early Bird tickets are now on sale via the web site – grab them before they go!

Plus we’ll be giving away a Family Ticket right here on Babes about Town, so keep your eyes peeled and your imagination ready. It’s about to run wild.
