Mummy’s Miracle Gift Bundle £50+ Giveaway!

June 13, 2016 //  by Uju//  68 Comments

Mummys Miracle Ify with bump

When my US-based friend Ify told me her Mummy’s Miracle products were launching in the UK, I knew we had to collaborate on something for the blog. I’ve been following Ify’s entrepreneurial journey on Facebook and other social media, as she grows her business while raising 4 gorgeous children!

Mummy’s Miracle is the baby range created by Miracle in the Green, Ify’s line of products based on the super plant Moringa. Each and every item contains Moringa seed oil as well as a mix of natural products to ensure a non-allergenic, totally wholesome approach to skin care. We all know how sensitive babies are so you can guarantee that there’s no yucky stuff (no petroleum, lanolin, sulphates etc) in these products.

Ify sent us her deliciously fragranced Moringa Baby Oil (I use it on both skin and hair), as well as Moringa Baby Vapour Rub and Moringa Baby Powder. The vapour rub contains eucalyptus oil, shea butter and beeswax and is ideal for rubbing on your little ones’ chests or feet to help soothe and clear those change of season coughs and colds.

Mummys Miracle Gift Set

The texture of the All Natural Moringa Baby Powder takes a little getting used to as it’s slightly grainier than other powders, but this is because it contains corn starch (as opposed to talc which has proven to be unsafe for general use). The powder soon rubs into the skin for a silky touch and again, I LOVE the smell!

Mummy’s Miracle is not just for babies — some of the most popular products include Moringa Stretch Mark Oil and Moringa Nipple Balm.

Moringa: Mummy’s Miracle Ingredient

Mummys Miracle Ify-Headshot-745x372

But how did all this come about? Here’s a glimpse into Ify’s story:

‘Ify Diana Nwobi, JD is the Founder and CEO of Miracle in the Green, Inc. In 2010, She was in her final year of law school when she was diagnosed with cancer. During her treatment, her energy levels plummeted. Her school counselor advised that she postpone school. Her parents who live in Nigeria sought alternative ways to help her gain back her energy. Thanks to FedEx, they were able to send her numerous herbs from Nigeria. One of them was Moringa Oleifera.’

The main ingredient in all these items is Moringa, a truly miraculous plant that grows wild in our native Nigeria (Ify is an Igbo chick like me) and has been proven to have any number of super powers, including:

Makes your skin glow
A natural aphrodisiac
Delays the aging process
Energy Boosting
Treats Acne
Builds the immune system
Prevents osteoporosis
Reduces the risk of stroke
Effective in the treatment of anemia
Aids muscle recovery and sustained overall health
Excellent for pregnant and lactating moms
Controls diabetes
Helps with infertility
Contains anti-oxidants powerful for inhibiting the growth of cancer cells.
Restructures your cell walls
Heals wounds – apply to cut or wounds
Aids Keratin formation so excellent for hair growth
It’s 100% organic with no side effects; it is safe for people of all ages. In Africa, it is often given to babies to overcome malnourishment.
Effective in lowering LDL cholesterol levels and inhibiting the abnormal formation of blood clots
Treats depression
It is anti-inflammatory

Wowsers! The Moringa tree is native to Africa and indigenous to a number of other countries, and its leaves, bark, flowers, fruit, seeds, and root are traditionally used to make medicine.

Aside from Mummy’s Miracle skincare products, Miracle in the Green sells the food supplement Oringaa, a 100% Moringa leaf powder that’s getting rave reviews from customers who sprinkle it on their soups and salads, drink as tea or blend into juices and smoothies.

I’m so proud of Ify’s ongoing success and excited to share her Mummy’s Miracle products with our readers. Head to her web site so you can discover some Moringa recipes, learn more about the benefits of this amazing plant and maybe experience a little miracle for yourself!

Mummy’s Miracle is available in the UK through Amazon; our US readers can buy via Amazon US or go straight to the source at www.miracleinthegreen.com
