Going for a New Look this Summer

June 26, 2013 //  by Uju//  Leave a Comment

New Look blue prom dress, pink raffia clutch, Ruby Shoo T-Bars

Featured Post.

I was eyeing up my mate at Mummys Got Style Vicki’s clutch bag while we were at BritMums Live last weekend.

She’s a bit of a haute mama — well in her fashion tastes anyway, although personality wise she’s a down-to-earth Northern lass through and through (with a twist of Big Fabulous Greek thrown in).

So anyway, I was convinced her arm candy was the latest designer steal… I did a double take when she revealed she’d picked it up for under a tenner at New Look.

I have to say New Look isn’t one of those stores that’s been on my radar for a while, although I used to pop in there back in the day for fashionable and flattering picks at bargain prices.

Surfing their site, they have some really good deals including evening dresses and accessories.

The strappy prom dress up top in my fave colour appeals to my inner Molly Ringwald (Pretty in Blue?) and it’s just £22.99!

And how about this Stone and Teal metal tab clutch at only £7.99?

I actually could spend the whole afternoon checking out their bags, so many cute styles. I’m also drawn to the super summery Pink Coral and Yellow Raffia Zig Zag Clutch (top right, £12.99).

Do you like the Ruby Shoo’s (top right)? They’re Mint Green T-Bar Candice Heels, £44.99.

I think T-bars are a classic style (and when you read my BritMums Live post, you’ll see I’m all about the floral accessories these days).

New Look Maternity Hands off the Bump tshirt

I don’t recall ever shopping for maternity wear at New Look, but they have an extensive range of bump-friendly fashion, including dresses, stretchy tops and statement tees.

This is one for those days when you’re feeling hot and hormonal! (£7.99)
