With World Book Day today and Dr. Seuss’s birthday on Friday, it’s tempting to stay indoors this weekend and curl up with a good book.

The Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment hosts its very first Tots Concert at the South Bank with this fun and interactive musical session for ages 5 and under. 11am, adult £4.50/toddler £1 (Mar 4)
Sun: Pit Stop at Queensway, Bayswater, W2 (Queensway/Bayswater tube)
Petrolheads zoom to Bayswater for a day of family fun including F1 simulators, pit stop challenges, Giant Scalextric track, kids’ activity station, classic cars and rides from Scooby Doo, Knight Rider and other movies and a chance to meet the Original Stig (Top Gear). 11am-5pm, FREE (Mar 4)
