Foodie Friday: London Restaurants from £10!

September 30, 2011 //  by Uju//  Leave a Comment

Ditch the apron and the oven gloves for an evening (or more) and dine out in style as London Restaurant Festival takes over the capital’s tables.

The city-wide feast, spread over two weeks starting this Monday (Oct 3), offers set meals at cool prices from £10 to £30 at hundreds of top restaurants around town.

There’s also an exciting programme of fringe and festival events e.g. a Mayoral Electoral Race at Pizza Express (choose between the ‘Boris’ or the ‘Ken’) and the hugely popular Gourmet Odyssey restaurant tour via Routemaster bus.

Book now for the Zilli Parent & Baby experience (Oct 10-11) at Zilli Fish restaurant serving a 4-course tasting menu and champers for adults, free meals for under 5s and dishes from the Zilli Baby organic range for the highchair-bound.

And for a date night treat, try the Eat Film nights (Oct 5-6 & 13) where different chefs dish up special menus inspired by the movies.

Eat drink man woman (and babes).

London Restaurant Festival 2011 runs from Oct 3-17. Visit www.londonrestaurantfestival.com for full info and bookings.
