Bliss Stick for Stress Relief

July 16, 2010 //  by Uju//  3 Comments

Last weekend was great. HoolaFest was almost too much fun, what with wolfing down Levi Roots’ Reggae Reggae BBQ and grooving with our hoops on the rooftop to a live steel drum band.

But it’s been a rocky week. Domestic tension (working through it), weaning ups and downs (getting there!), project deadlines, ongoing sniffles (what’s with this sudden sweater weather), school stuff and just general fatigue.

So the package I got today couldn’t have come at a better time. The MamaBabybliss Bliss Stick Uplifting Oil is a pocket-sized pick-me-up aimed at busy mums. It’s packed with all-natural ingredients and not a single lurking paraben, SLS or other potential irritants.

There’s lime oil to help boost energy and digestion, bergamot for depression, colds and flu or SAD and geranium for anxiety and stress relief as well as balancing hormonal fluctuations related to pregnancy, PMS or menopause. Simply rub it on your pressure points when it’s all getting on top of you.

Founder of MamaBabyBliss Justina Perry created the Bliss Stick to give mums a much-needed breather. It’s a simple but effective product and a great gift idea. The oils smell lovely – just inhaling it on first open made me feel calmer and even put a smile on my face.

Think hubby could do with a dab or two. Any chance of a PapaBabyBliss?

Bliss Stick Uplifting Oil costs £5 and can be found at MamaBabyBliss online, along with a range of natural pampering products and videos for mums and babies.

This sounds like great stuff, and I totally need it. I tend to get stressed out A LOT! Thanks for sharing that :)

Hey Crystal, it’s such a good idea. To be honest even if it was water in a bottle marked ‘stress relief’ it would probably work on me lol
