West London, get ready. Baby Loves Disco, the global phenomenon, makes its debut at The Tabernacle on May 23.
In the heart of Carnival Village, The Tabernacle is a space with a vibrant history. Over the years it’s provided a backdrop for film shoots with big names like Woody Allen and Julie Walters as well as gigs by artists like The Clash, Rolling Stones, Lee Scratch Perry and Damon Albarn.
Now the iconic venue is playing host to the funkiest family disco in town. The party is open to kids ages 6 months to 7 and their families. Read our review of Baby Loves Disco here.

so, should we break out the boogie beebies dvds to get ready? It’s about the only dancing I’ve done in the last 2 years…
Hi Suzanne, lol well I’m sure you can give Boogie Pete a run for his money. Good luck!
I just blogged about going to “Baby Loves Disco” in NYC – lots of fun!
Hi Ellen, BLD is a blast. Would love to check out the NYC gig one day!
That sounds like so much fun. My youngest is almost 8, but I used to go to venues like that with them.
Hi Bibi, it’s a fab event, do spread the word!
first time i’ve heard about it would really love to check it out my 2year loves cheryl cole and beyonce copying their dance moves and singing along she’d probably put me and her dad to shame in the dance department she’d love it, may surprise the family with a trip there, thanks for letting me know (“,)
Hi Dimitra…beyonce and cheryl cole? sounds like you’ve got a sassy little madam on your hands! I think she’d love it. Good luck in the contest and spread the word :-)
I stumbled on this event… It sounds so much fun – my one year old loves techno and is now trying to sing [out of tune like his father]. I will be persuading my friends to come with their tots too!
Hi Chipster, your one year old sounds like a laugh! He’ll love BLD and so will you. Good luck in the contest!
