Babes about Town: Live on Air!

March 25, 2010 //  by Uju//  Leave a Comment

Babes about Town has been featured on our first radio spot!

Last Sunday I had the pleasure of being interviewed by the lovely Sherry Dixon on Bang Radio 103.6 FM.

As a mum herself (kids now grown), Sherryann loves the concept of Babes about Town. We chatted about the feelings of isolation and frustration as a new mum, the fun stuff you can do around London with your little ones and the challenges of being an urban parent.

We also spoke about Babes about Town’s upcoming series of networking events geared towards bringing families together as well as giving mums a little time off.

If you missed the show, you can listen to the podcast.

Former editor of Pride magazine, Sherryann also runs her own marketing and PR consultancy and is behind Women on the Crossroads, a network for connecting and inspiring women all over the world. Check it out!
