I’m not sure what happened but we’re already at the last weekend of September. Now that the back to school flurry has calmed down a bit, check out these 12 London weekend events to enjoy with kids. The Weekend Scoop includes everything from the Turner Prize to museum soft play, a river festival, family friendly ballet and a classic car boot sale.
Earlier this week, I celebrated 4 years since the publication of my debut book Bringing Up Race: How to Raise a Kind Child in a Prejudiced World. It’s been an incredible 4 years and I’m so grateful for the response to this book and how it continues to affect people to this day. If you would like to get a copy for yourself, a friend, or your local school or library, head over to my Bookshop here: Uju Asika’s Bookshop and THANK YOU again for supporting this important message of antiracism and inclusion for all.
