Brand Showcase
I’ve featured Zalando before as one of those sites that make my palms sweaty, because once you click on it’s almost impossible to click away. The online shopping emporium just has so many goodies** coming at you from every direction!
And if you’re on the hunt for the perfect Christmas gifts, I’ve made your job a little simpler.
Let’s start with the kids: last year I successfully managed to give the kids zero presents that required batteries. This Christmas, I plan to carry on with the trend by sticking to maybe one or two toys, and making their other gifts some kind of clothing or special experience (like a trip to Hogwarts at Christmas). We’re trying to de-clutter our home not re-junk before the New Year!
I’m digging this Montgomery winter coat by Benetton, because it’s a classic duffel style, would suit either boys or girls and it’s currently on sale for just £35! It’s available for size 12 months to 5 years.
If you want to treat yourself (and why not?) Zalando offers a fab selection of fashion accessories, from hats and scarves to statement jewellery. Butterflies are one of my favourite motifs so I’m drawn to the necklace (top right) by Desigual, £39.
Or how about some elbow candy in the form of a Ted Baker bag, now £135 (10% saving)? Get it in elegant black or juicy green.
For the gents, Zalando has handily split their Christmas gift guide into ideas for Adventurous types, Trendsetters and Minimalists. You can’t go amiss with a solid ‘man belt’ like the Strellson premium at £50.
Or for the fashion forward Dad about town, these Moods of Norway high-tops are seriously cool. And now reduced to £75!
Buying for a couple or another family? How about something charming for their living space? DaviDFusseneger’s range of blankets and throws have seasonal appeal and will keep your loved ones cosy all year round.

**I was offered a gift voucher from Zalando — planning to put it towards a new pair of boots!
