Sat: A Little Bird Told Me at Tricycle Theatre, Kilburn High Rd NW6
Puppets, live music and magic combine in five fairytales created by children and adapted by professional storytellers. Expect plenty of audience participation. 11.30am & 2pm, £6/£5 adv. Ages 3-11.

Sun: Mini Make Believe: Circus Surprise at Somerset House, WC2
Roll up, roll up for a morning of Big Top entertainment and clowning around with stories, crafts and drama at this monthly series for under 5s. Tickets first come, first served (collect 11am). From 11.30am-12.30pm, Free (every First Sun)

Sun: Vintage Fair at Bloomsbury Bowling Lanes, WC1
Retro styles go on sale at this mini-fest with stalls, makeover parlour, vintage tunes, cupcakes and of course bowling. 12-5pm, £1 entry. Book ahead for bowling discount. (Mar 5)

A jam-packed festival of family entertainment including music, film, drama, crafts and activities for all ages. And it’s all Free! 10am till late (ends Mar 6)

Meet the Hip Hop Shakespeare Company and join in free talks, workshops, activities, crafts and performances in this day-long celebration of the English language for all the family. 11am-5pm, drop-in. Free
