Fri-Sun: The Baby Show at ExCel London, E16
Visit the UK’s number one baby show offering savings on thousands of products, expert talks, fashion shows, celebrity guests, baby advice, play areas and more. £13.50 advance/£20 door, kids 0-10 free. 9.30am-5.30pm (ends Feb 20)

Sat: Saturday Spectacular: Carnival of the Animals Concert at Cadogan Hall, SW1
A family concert with a twist as the Southbank Sinfonia presents Saint-Saen’s classic suite and other animal favourites, with craft activities and a chance to meet the players. £8 adults/£6 kids. Starts 10.15am

Sun: Strictly Family Ballroom, Southbank Centre, SE1
A special edition of the hugely popular Clore Ballroom event as kids of all ages (babes in arms to grandpas) step lively to a swinging live band. Child-friendly cakes and refreshments available. Free! 12.30pm
