Little White Company presents Frozen @ElectricCinema

October 21, 2014 //  by Uju//  8 Comments

Little White Company Frozen invite

We knew we’d missed a trick when we arrived (admittedly late-ish) at the Electric Cinema a couple of weeks back to find the beds at the front had already been taken.

Boy did those families look cosy snuggled up under cushions and duvets provided by the Little White Company. But we couldn’t complain, as the leather armchairs we sat in were ultra plush, and made for what can only be described as a ‘chillaxed’ viewing experience.

The Electric Cinema is a handsome, Grade II listed building that also features two-seater sofas (perfect for date nights), footstools and side tables. And there’s a fully stocked bar inside the screening room itself, so you can pop across for a snack, cold drink or a cuppa when the movie action lulls!

We’d been invited by The Little White Company to the exclusive bloggers’ screening of Frozen at Electric Cinema, to help launch their Autumn bedroom collection.

The Electric Cinema is a fantastic place to visit especially if you have young kids as they do popular parent and baby cinema slots as well as kids club screenings at the weekend.

Jed had a birthday party to attend, so it turned into an afternoon date for just me and Ezra which made the event even more special. Even though we’d seen the film before (is there anyone who hasn’t?) it continues to captivate and charm and I always enjoy seeing my rugged boy totally caught up in a tale that’s mainly about princesses!

It was also lovely to bump into friendly faces like Ali at Kids Chaos, Nell at Pigeon Pair & Me, Hatty at Hatty Daze, Kelly at Domestic Goddesque and Katrina at Cool Bananas Blog (sadly I missed another fellow Honkopoly mate V at HPMCQ). Both Nell and Katrina were bringing their little ones to the cinema for the very first time and I hear the experience got teeny thumbs up all round.

All the bloggers invited were treated to popcorn, snacks and gift bags to take home filled with Little White Company samples. Take a look at some more gorgeous goodies available on their web site.

Fab to see you both as well. I’ve got my eye on the Electric over the Christmas period, I fancy seeing something like It’s a Wonderful Life all snuggled up in their front row beds :-) x
