What every Scooter Kid (and Mama) needs!

August 25, 2011 //  by Uju//  Leave a Comment

I actually recommended a product to a mum the other day before I’d had a chance to try it myself. It’s just that this gadget is a no-brainer.

And when I saw the poor mama, doing her unhappiest Quasimodo impression along Upper Street as she tugged two toddlers on scooters behind her, I had to step in.

‘You need a Scoot ‘n’ Pull,’ I called out.

‘What?’ She paused, more to catch her breath than to chat to this stranger trying to flog something. I explained upfront that I actually had no affiliations with the company, but she looked like a mum in need.

Scoot ‘n’ Pull is basically a belt for any three-wheeler scooter to help you pull it along when your child gets tired. You simply loop it around the T-bar handle and tug while your kid steers. That’s it!

Oh, one more thing – you can also loop it around the back wheel to create a carry strap for the scooter. Again, easy peasy. How come nobody’s come up with this before?

‘What a great idea, I’ll look it up!’ The weary mum grinned, as she carried on her hunchbacked path.

Scoot ‘n’ Pull has passed rigorous safety testing, is machine washable and rolls up small enough to fit in your pocket. And of course, it was designed by another mother.

Mummy brain? I’ll have more of that, thanks!

Scoot ‘n’ Pull costs £6.99 and is available in 6 colours
