Fri: Dragon Tales at Museum of Croydon, CR9
Special hands-on exhibition for under 5s exploring dragon myths and legends with artefacts on loan from British Museum. 11am-5pm, free (ends Dec 31)

Sat: Family Day at Homemade Festival, Chisenhale Dance Space, E3
Fun performance, wintery carpet picnic and workshops in ballet, modern, classical Indian dance and skipping! For all ages, 2-6pm. Free

Sun: Michael Rosen Book Signing at That Place on the Corner, Stoke Newington, N16
The acclaimed author of We’re Going on a Bear Hunt reads from this and other stories and signs copies of his books at the cosy Stokey cafe. 12-1pm, free but booking essential
