More than 100 (mostly free) events over the weekend with music in local parks and gardens, street food, dance, museum open days, and a street parade on Sunday. (Oct 22-24)

Fri-Sun: The Baby Show, Earl’s Court, SW5
It’s the ultimate baby makers (or broody-making!) experience with expert guests, celeb spotting, kids catwalks, stalls and loads of bargains on baby and toddler products. (Oct 22-24)

Fri-Sun: Extreme Sports at Westfield Shopping Centre, W12
World class BMX riders, skateboarders, slackliners, and no. 1 Scooter Man take over the shopping centre, with climbing wall and activities for daredevils old and young to have a go. Fri 10am-9pm, Sat 9am-9pm, Sun 12-6pm, free (Oct 22-24)
