La Dolce Vita in N1

March 10, 2010 //  by Uju//  Leave a Comment

If you’ve ever dreamed of giving it all up and escaping to Tuscany, you should first check out La Dolce Vita, the Italian Festival happening this week at the Business Design Centre in Islington.

This four-day event offers up a healthy serving of Italian culture, with anything from free art classes (linked to the British Museum’s forthcoming Italian Renaissance exhibition) to chef masterclasses in the Teatro del Gusto.

Once you’ve sampled the luxurious style and design, fine wines, delicious food, travel ideas and property in gorgeous settings, it might be hard to argue with that well-worn slogan ‘Italians Do It Better’.

La Dolce Vita runs from Mar 11-14, a standard ticket costs £14 and children under 8 go free.

Visit the web site for full details.
